[cobalt-users] Log Files Stoped Generating : PLEASE HELP!

In the web control panel me and all my clients graphical log generator stoped 
generating...

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate     that file is there, and I even tried running it 
manually but with no luck, no error, no logs...

/etc/var/log/httpd    <--- log files ARE sucessfully placed here, but I can't 
get the system to update the web interfaces log files.

Someone please help!
