[cobalt-users] Single site up and down

We haved had many problems with one site on our RaQ3, the owner of the site
emails us and says his site is down one second, then his site is up and his
mail is down . It seems like the site is crashing, then going back online
again. We have no idea what the problem is. Our tech support receives his
email in real time and checks the site and email when he is having problems
and everything works great on our end.

So we are trying to fix a problem that we cant diagnose. Every other site is
working fine. Anyway else have the problem or can suggest anything. The guy
lives in Columbia if that makes a difference.
