I use HotDog for HTML. It has a lot of quirks and tends to use a lot of
resources, but I'm used to it after two years. Bascially, I use it as a text
editor with some "quick fill" features--i.e., the color palette is especially
handy.  Dreamweaver I found overly complicated, but really didn't stick with
it long--I had to get the pages out and wasting time figuring out the program
just wasn't worth it at the time. Maybe later.

I, too, dislike WYSIWYG apps for HTML. It's really hard to go back and find,
let alone fix, a problem using them.
