On a Qube2 the reply-to defaults to the list.  I had to modify the
.config file to get it to reply to sender. 
Each list keeps its configuration under /usr/local/majordom/lists/. Look
for <listname>.config and edit the reply-to variable (around line 282).
I believe if you leave it blank it defaults to the list. At least it
does on my Qube2. YMMV
