[cobalt-users] Adding users with a perl CGI

Hi,

        

I need to
add users to the Cobalt RaQ2 using a perl cgi script. I use Cobalt::User
to do that with the add_user() function. But I get the following error:
4509 Cannot lock /etc/locks/ptmp: Permission denied .  
How can I use the function propperly?
