Yes an my opinion is "run away as hard as you can".
I had VERY bad experiences with them.
Once I asked to setup a 9GB server for us and the order was placed with the
explicit remark that we wanted that setup with some software. The answer
was
yes, everything is possible and they took my first 1500+$$. Then, after
10-14 days of pressing them to deliver, they answered that it was not
possible (this software). I changed plans, ordered another hosting that has
the asked software as a a standard option, planning to place some software
on the 9 GB, the rest on the new server.......
Nothing worked and when I cancelled my account withing 30 days they refuse
to pay back.....
Also they took 500 US$ from our VISA and when I asked why I get no answer.
bad, bad, bad
Be prepared.
When the service was as great as the salespeople, there was no problem :-))
