[cobalt-users] How can I be getting problem w/ CPU, Mem messages

I have a RAQ2 with around 200 users.  The server is
used via a WAN most of the day.  The messages appear
first thing in the morning, at lunch, and after
school.  I am running a cgi web based mail front end. 
I would like to try and find out if that is what is
causing the problem.  I don't want to unload it.  Is
there anything out there that will let me make sense
of the log files?  I tried the cobalt knowledge base
with no luck, e-mailed cobalt with no luck, and tried
to get help from the company that wrote the script. 
Does any one have an idea?
