	If you are using Netscape as a browser, I can tell you from
experience it needs to be able to resolve an IP to a FQDN before it will
work properly.
	When you ping and do NSlookup are you doing it with the FQDN or are
you using IP address? You may have a resolver problem, look at the network
config files of your workstation.
