I'm not going to go back and read the service agreement, but the agreement for
123domains.com is viewable at
http://www.domainbank.net/reg_agreement.cfm?affiliateid=160. I already listed
some of the 'catches' with doing business with them. I have never used
joker.com and I haven't researched them in depth so I don't know what their
catches are. In any case, I'm the admin/tech/zone contact for the few domains I
registered with them, though I don't see any billing contact listed.

I agree. Everyone should use whatever criteria is important for their
particular situation and act accordingly.
