I use HomeSite v4. It's not WYSIWIG (sp), but it allows you to automate alot of
the mundane typing you would do if you were coding with notepad or something.  It
has a cool feature called code snippets, and allows you to customize toolbars,
adding tags, etc. I do alot of PHP coding and it does that nicely as well. Then,
as archaic as it may sound, I use FTP to "publish." It is worth the $$ in my
estimation and you can still hold you head up as not being a WYSIWYG loser.
