The Logo is quite easy, you dont have to change the templates or some cgi's
Pasted last request to that theme =)

Just replace the file /usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/images/a_top_logo.gif with
the
logo from your company. That will change the logo for all pages, the
existing
one and the new generated.

Thats true. Take a look at the siteAdd.cgi in
/usr/admserv/cgi-bin/.cobalt/siteAdd/siteAdd.cgi

The ftp files are generated throu the cgis, too. I have added at the end of
the generating cgi that will manipulate the .fpthelp in the homedir from
the
user
