[cobalt-users] missing users in user management list

I've been getting some weird errors with adding users on a virtual site.

Now it seems that the user was somehow created, but doesn't show up in the
list....so, I try to add again (not knowing the first time that the user
WAS created)...of course errors...alias problems...ok...so I go in the shell

delete user directory
delete aliases and makemap hash on the virtusertable
delete pop user from passwd file

Did I miss something...because now, I go and recreate the user, and it's
there in the passwd file, the user directory is there, and it's not on th
user management list!!!! anyone else had this experience? that can help
solve this dilemma?
