Yes. The newest ssh1 is 1.27.27; the newest ssh2 is 2.10. A mirror is:
ftp://ftp.iodynamics.com/pub/mirror/ssh/.

Compiling on the raq is easy; just do:
./configure && make && make install
then type /usr/local/sbin/sshd to start it up.
then you can add /usr/local/sbin/sshd to your rc.local file.

yeah, securecrt works fine (for a windows box :)
