Is it only that one site that can't be deleted?  How about others?  Most 
likely theres a hidden file (like .htaccess or .htpasswd) that the web 
interface can't delete using rm *.  I don't know how to find hidden files, 
maybe someone else can help us on this matter?  Then you can search for the 
hidden files in telnet and remove them.

.htaccess and .htpasswd are invisible in my telnet, as it maybe in yours.
