\home\groups\home\index.html has a redirect to the cobalt pages (public and
private). I.e.,
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="Refresh" CONTENT="0;URL=/cobalt/">
</HEAD>
</HTML>
Replace this with your own index.html. I have not used the page builder, but
would expect it to work OK. I installed FP 2K extensions. They work on this
page, but do not work correctly with anything else. Cobalt has told me that
the problems would be fixed in a yet to be announced pkg.
