Hi Everyone

Just want to let you know the billing software i spoke of a few months ago 
has begun and i am now looking for serious companies to complete the funding 
for this.

*I would like to say right now. Anything that is not in the list of key 
features is probably not going to be incorporated into the software. Your 
company would have to get a quote from the makers of the software to add it

KEY FEATURES:

1. Automates email invoicing on either monthly, quarterly or yeary basis
2. Automates the charging of the credit card on either the aniversary date 
OR the 1st of the next month
3. Automates refunding of credit cards if account is canceled before date of 
expiration of account
4. Will incorporate PCAuhorize to charge credit card on file which includes 
opening a new batch, applying charges and closing batch daily
5. Will Email client to notify them of expired credit card, declined credit 
card or pending charges
6. Will have a User Interface where users can go and view pending charges, 
change their credit card info or do a payment online
7. Will have a Admin Inferface where you can add users (adding the user will 
be manuell, this is to cut down on fraud) add/remove services and view 
Reports


As you can see, it basically automates the whole billing solution for you.
