[cobalt-users] Raq2: Updating PHP 3.0.7 to PHP 3.0.16 and MySQL

I've successfully updated PHP 3.0.7 to PHP 3.0.16 on my test Raq2.

I originally installed PHP3 using the information from
README.php3+mysql
on the Cobalt site.
I notice that the 3.0.7 php.php3 test file was showing the following listed 
by mysql:

Compilation
definitions:
                   MYSQL_INCLUDE=-I/usr/include/mysql
                   MYSQL_LFLAGS=-L'/usr/lib/mysql'
                   -L/usr/lib/mysql
                   MYSQL_LIBS=-lmysqlclien


while PHP 3.0.16 is showing

Compilation
definitions:
                    MYSQL_INCLUDE=
                    MYSQL_LFLAGS=
                    MYSQL_LIBS=


Considering my sql (oh, that was not intended) knowledge is nill...
Does the above information mean I need to reinstall mysql? (if so, is there 
a certain order to install?)
Or is it just late (4 am) and I need to forget it and get some sleep?
