Known bug on the RaQ3. Modify virtusertable by hand, but then you may
not be compatible when the bug is finally fixed.

Or call Cobalt's toll-free sales number and ask for Raymond Yip (he's
the customer service manager) and tell him you need the fix (I keep
doing this; it's not getting me anywhere).

Or call their regular tech support number, wait on hold for 30 or 40
minutes, and have the tech support rep tell you he doesn't have any idea
what you're talking about (happened to me today), or call and leave a
message, and ten days later still don't get a call back (happened to me
ten days ago).

I support RaQ3s for a lot of people, and I do make these changes by hand
for RaQ3 users who have to have them now. But I don't guarantee future
compatibility, nor do I teach others how to do it. My own RaQ3 is still
not being used for mail until this bug is fixed. I understand it's in
an operating system that's now in QC; in fact it's been returned from QC
because of some problems. At least that's what I hear.
