I need to fix it up a bit.  Its windows based and actually does the FTPing 
for you, but its super safe because it doesn't replace the real files until 
you login as root and type a special command in telnet.  It works great, once 
its all fixed up I will post another message about it.  Right now I am really 
busy getting my clients up, so it may not be for another week.

Its a bit messy, as I made it in about 15 minutes -- (due to a huge deadline 
of adding 95 domains).
