It really depends on the amount of scripting/database/hits the website will
use. If it is a heavy scripting and database site, you're going to want to
beef it up a bit.
That being considered, you should be able to get away with the one with 64
or 128 megs of RAM and a 10 or so gig hd. I would always try to get as much
memory as you can afford (you don't want to make a mistake, then take down
the server just to upgrade the memory--it just isn't cost effective).
BTW: if you are just serving one site, the Qube2 may be a better option for
you.
