Depends on the sites and how many hits, transfer, file sizes, email, etc. It
all boils down to how busy the sites are. One site getting thousands of hits
with a busy CGI based bulletin board could grind the server to a halt.

Best to install POP before SMTP as you'll find in other threads on this.
Putting anything like aol.com in your allowed field will probably soon find
your IP listed in the RSS or the ORBS database and your users email
bouncing.

The templates are in there and can be edited.
