[cobalt-users] Domains, sub domains, frontpage and users?

Here is my problem.

I have a RAQ 3 with one static IP. which is mapped to speckz.com. Then I
have 4 sub-domains that are used on speckz.com. And I also have 2 ip-less
domains mapped to the same IP as speckz.com.

Now here is my question. I enable FTP, Telnet, etc on the account and are
working fine. But how do I have them access FrontPage? What address do I
give the users?

Also do I have to add the users to speckz.com or to the subdomain.speckz.com
for FrontPage to work?
