Or remembered.  On the other hand, if you take a phrase - say 
"my favourite colour is red not blue" and then take the initials
you get "mfcirnb" which is getting there.... then substitute
a digit 1 for the letter i, and you've got something a user 
can remember, but which is fairly secure.
