1) All the MX records are set to www.domain.com, high priority, no hostname.
2) Yes, all of them.
3) The mail log currently contains LOTS of this:

One or two specific sites are newsidea.com and searchidea.net.  a sample
email address is ajones@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
