Cobalt just acquired a company called ChiliSoft that builds a product called
ChiliSoft ASP. It'll run you about $1000, if memory serves.

I would try to get them to convert their ASP scripts to PHP using like
ASP2PHP utility.  Get them away from the Dark Side.  And PHP is a better
solution.
