Or administrative delay -/ , it does take a little time for routing to
propigate....it also takes a while for the guy that programs the router
to finish the coffee and donuts...
I think you win the prize for 'least contiguous address space' ;0
but if it works leave it alone, there's not much else you can do with this
...(it's correct from a certain viewpoint, since it's class c 's ...)
