[cobalt-users] Site Admin over standard internet connection

It seems I wasn't very clear in my first message - please be patient with
me! My site itself is accesible over the Internet with no problems, but I
cannot access my site admin or FTP into it without dialling into my internal
network, which is a pain as I am not always able to dial into this network.
Any ideas? (or is this normal)

works fine, but when i try the same over a standard connection, i am given a
page cannot be retreived error. What must I change to give myself this level
