[cobalt-users] Site Admin over stanard intenet connection

I am having trouble accessing my site admin over the Internet. When I dial
in to our local network then

http://mydomain/siteadmin/

works fine, but when i try the same over a standard connection, i am given a
page cannot be retreived error. What must I change to give myself this level
of access? I realise this is possibly a stupid question, but thanks for your
help.
