[cobalt-users] nonvirtualhost, swatch_defcon messages, and cgi-bin directories

1.  I saw that someone was trying to setup
username.domain.com on thier server.  I have been unable to do this on
a RAQ3 using the instructions given.  Seems there needs to be some
corresponding DNS entry.  Any suggestions

2.  Also keep getting swatch_defcon errors on my ftp and email
services.  they seem to be running fine but the web interface keeps
reporting this.

3. When I setup a cgi bin director in web or above web the apache cant
see it.  give me a url not found error.  if i rename it anything but
cgi-bin it works.
