We use both the Raq2 and NT. (for the Cold Fusion programs.) We have
already purchased another 2 serves for NT due to the poor MT abilities of
the IIS.. we get about 130 sites/server on the NT and those are p-3, 500's
at a gig of mem each.

This depends on a lot of factors, including CGI usage etc, traffic of each
site, etc..
I assure you that a Raq3 with 128-256 megs of ram can *easily* run 200
moderate sites. Hell the Raq2 could do it.
It will eat up your bandwidth before anything.
I would be real curious to see how many sites people have been able to host
on an IIS machine.
