took some time till i had the trick for this, too. :)

i always thought that this nice "accept e-mail at domain" checkbox 
indicates whether you can receive e-mail or not. that's not true. ALL 
domains can receive e-mail. so if you create "www.mycompany.co.uk", you can 
receive e-mail at something@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx - to receive mail at 
something@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx you have to check the "accept e-mail at domain" 
checkbox which means "accept e-mail at domain (and not only at the fully 
qualified hostname)".

i think you tried to check the box for both sites, but the *main* domains 
are the same, so the raq can't decide whether to place e-mail to 
something@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx to the user "something" on www.mycompany.co.uk or 
to the user "something" on secure.mycompany.co.uk - so it doesn't accept 
this configuration that way.

quick answer: just check ONE checkbox, not both.
