I am using the Qube mailing list feature to forward email to more than one person (ie webmaster is forwarded to Pierre and Isabel) which I guess is what they are for (correct me if I am wrong). The problem however is that if you hit reply for a message you got from webmaster (in my example), the reply address you have is webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxx in place of the original address. Then you have to look in the header to know where the original message came from.
Today I tried this. I deleted the webmaster mailing list and I created a webmaster user and a .forward file with a list containing Pierre and Isabel adresses.. seems to work very well. My questions are:
Am I at risk doing this ?
How much disk space should I give to that webmaster user ? It will be used only for email forwarding purposes, no files, no web...  I was thinking of giving it 1 mb but then I wondered if that would restrain as well the size of the emails being forwarded ?? How does the disk space allowed for one user relate to the max size of emails that you can configure in the mail server settings ?
