Sounds like you're doing that now. If they want FTP access, tell them you
can no longer host their web site, or they must post a bond if you're really
worried. Remind them of the fees you charge to fix any mistakes or restore
any files they may accidentally delete or overwrite. If you're not storing
any mail for them, and depending on how you handle logs, you can set their
web space fairly low also so they don't begin uploading large files for
storage that have nothing to do with the web site.
