[cobalt-users] [Raq3i] Anyone hosting Actinic Catalog?

Hi

Is there anyone on the list who is successfully hosting the PC-based
e-commerce product "Actinic Catalog"?

When running the "test" module of Actinic - it gives me the message:
"Cannot determine hostname - Actinic must be able to resolve the hostname in
order to correctly identify orders"

If you ignore that, go ahead and publish the site - you can proceed all the
way through most of the check-out procedure, and then in the browser it
gives:
"INET_ATON failed - host not found (www.testshop.co.uk, Connection refused)"

Also, I can see from the /var/log/httpd/error file, the following:
"[Wed Apr 19 18:27:16 2000] [warn] [client 192.168.10.10] handler
"cgi-wrapper" not found for:
/home/sites/site2/web/acatalog/cgi-bin/ts000009.pl
[Wed Apr 19 18:38:59 2000] [warn] [client 192.168.10.10] handler
"cgi-wrapper" not found for:
/home/sites/site2/web/acatalog/cgi-bin/os000009.pl"
Although this does not seem to impare the scripts from working.

Background: RaQ3i - all latest patches - sitting on local lan prior to
colocation - DNS seems to be set up OK - RaQ3i seems to be working perfectly
in all other respects, and throughout all other tests / simulations.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? If so, I'd really appreciate the help,
since I've had experience with this product hosted on all manner of other
3rd-party hosts, with no real probems.
