Well... if you're talking time zones, it's midnight where you are and 
you're posting to the list, it's 3 p.m. here and I'm on it, it's 
ten a.m. on the East coast of the states and any moment now the West 
coast early risers will be joining us.

As much as I applaud your initiative there's really no need to 
further fragment the resources available to us all.  If there 
was a lot of traffic here that was specific to your locality 
there might be a call for it.... meanwhile the person with the
answer to your problem might be anywhere on the planet.
