I completely agree but guarantee is really just your best efforts with an
'or else' clause attached. You're never going to be able to *COMPLETELY*
guarantee anything. Add diverse links, a backup mainframe on each
continent, redundant everything and you still can't *really* guarantee
that something won't come along and f**k it all up. So you say I guarantee
99.9% uptime or I'll give you your money back and you do your best.
