Hello
So if i back up all the server config from the browser, can you tell me the
path that the backup goes, please.

the updated patches on your system to download the patch you can visit our
website at http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/raq2.eng.html. Also check
that
you have enough space availbale on your system where you backing up the
data.
Also try to use other browser. If you are still running into problems,

Backup through the telnet is not supported. This is outside the scope of
Cobalt
