[cobalt-users] RaQ3i Log File Rotation Bugs

Does anyone have any info from Cobalt on a possible release date for a patch
to fix the problem with the RaQ3's crashing each morning during log file
rotation?

When the RaQ3's reach 123 domains installed on the system, the RaQ3 will
crash and burn each morning during log file rotation.  We had to disable (or
I should say Cobalt disabled -after we threatened a lawsuit because of the
issue and problems it was causing or business) all the log file (rotation)
scripts, but that was a few weeks back.  At the time Cobalt support didn't
seem to have a clue as to when their engineers/programmers might actually
resolve this issue. But now we're starting to generate complaints from
customers because they're not receiving updates on their stats and log
reports. We can't keep telling customers (for 5 weeks now) that Cobalt is
working on a fix, that just doesn't fly.. It's WAY PAST TIME for a
resolution to this problem.. Has any other RaQ3 owners heard anything from
Cobalt regarding this issue and when they plan on releasing a fix..??
