Guys,
I'm attempting to install the most recent updates to a Qube2 and it
simply returns ...
Bad package file.
What does this really mean?
Currently this Qube2 says its software consists of ...
All-Kernel_mips Release 1.0
Cobalt OS Release 4.0
MFG message patch Release 1.0
Qube2-Security Release 2.0
Qube2-Security Release 2.1
Qube2-Security Release 2.2
Qube2-Security Release 2.3
Qube2-Security Release 2.4
Qube2-Security Release 2.6
Qube2-Security Release 2.7
Qube2-Update-OS Release 2.0
Qube2E-Infoplace Release 2.1
The proble packages are ...
Security: Denial of Service Update 2.5
Security: proftpd Update 2.8
I have downloaded the packages a couple of times and attempted to load
them from a couple of machines ... always with the same result.
The Qube2 has even been rebooted between install attempts, but it still
generates the same error.
I have manually unpacked the packages, just to have a look and they
appear to be ok.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers, Malcolm
