Here's the answer for access logs, which I found out the other day when
trying to stop my logs from being rotated so quickly.

When you create a size, or change the amount of disk space assigned to it,
the raq divides that number by 10, and that is the max size for the logfile.
(A 100 MB site can have a 10 MB logfile.)

Once the logfile reaches 10 MB, it is gzipped and placed in the same
directory. Once the new logfile reaches 10 MB, it is gzipped and the initial
gzipped one is thrown out.

if you would like to change this, go into /etc and look for files with
"logrotate" in the name.

It would be nice if this was customizable (via the GUI) and if it was
explained in the manual.
