Your group stated they would be making changes... it was not a suggestion.

I don't see it as huge... many of the people that are problems have gone to
your list and perhaps if things work out I will have a happy bunch of
users....

ok. the content is just the archives... I will have those in mbox.gz format
and other places before you have already shown they can setup a complete
archive very fast... I point to http://cobaltusers.com/mailman/listinfo
I hope this is refreshed when all is done and over...

I have years of work over here that needs to get into the hands of users
both new and old... We stopped with the "look at me" posts a long time
ago... but to kinda fill you in....

I have been working with "computers" for a long time and the Cobalts are no
exception.... I got my first Cobalt RaQ2 in June of 1999 after geting tired
of doing work by hand to setup virts... I had been using redhat 4,x ish
stuff for the "about" 2-3 years before... One day (I think it was Duncan)
someone pointed me at the "rpm how to" and I have been building and
re-building and fixing and making and creating and fussing with and even
making some pkg files now and then....

I have a ton of work I would like Cobalt Users to have and I'm not about to
depend on you, your list, or anybody else to meet this goal...

It almost killed me doing it without a community.

So I made this site and these lists so I will hopefully have a place to do
this...
http://zeffie.net/mailman/listinfo
However with people selling updates, and the most basic things.. it means I
have to have everything in a pkg or what I don't know... I would object to
someone selling my rpms as I have never sold a one.

I have to go work on a farewell speach...
