[cobalt-users] Can a Spammer Monopolize a Mailing List on Raq4

I have a mailing list setup for one of my clients. On their website, I
created a form that's posts to a CGI  that only delivers email to the list
at   majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx  the email address is hard coded into the cgi.

This is so they can have an automatic signup for the list on their website.
There have been many entries from  acuwin.org, luckyemail.org   etc. and
many more of the same type of postings to the list every month. I already
checked  arin.net and almost all of the domains are owned by one person (in
canada).

Is there any way that this person can utilize this list as a bounce point to
send email or otherwise compromise my box?

Is it better to use an outside mailing list program.
