sorry if you have a problem with me thinking this about 2 guys and the
choices they make?  But I do think if they start changing the archives and
using them to their own advantage for a possible cash incentive it makes
them spammers as they are spamming the indexes with bogus information...

What is to stop them from doing that with other lists too?  just start
downloading those mboxes and making your new pages.....  "woo hoo Look at
me!!!  I'm making pages!!" and then let's say you have about 200,000... I
think the usesrs list is around that??  and then let's say they decide to
put a pop-up on there...  Are they spammers yet for your tastes?????  Whats
it going to take for you?
