I have had the same problem for months. Some providers do not allow
relaying. Verizon dsl for one, some Road Runner areas as another example.
You will have to instruct your customers to make their smtp server the
server of their provider with their username and password for their email
provided by their isp. They can still use the email address you gave them.
They just have to send email through their own server.
