Something like 26 - 40 is normal, depending on load.
I had a RaQ4 in a climate controlled data center hit 98! This was happening once
every day (when the log rotate ran) for a couple of weeks. Turns out both
fans in the machine were dead and needed to be replaced. The machine survived
with no ill effect and is still running (over a year latter).
