Thank you for your reply. 

I think this setting in the RaQ3 GUI is only for anon
FTP connections. I'd like to limit the number of
logged (normal) user connections. Is this possible?
Seems like it should be just a conf change, but I'm
not sure where it would be if not in proftpd.conf.
