RaQ2's do not allow you to edit the TTL via the gui.

You can edit the proper zone file(s) by hand (don't forget to manually
restart named).

But the next time you do anything in the gui (even just restart it),
it'll change back.

24 hours is a perfectly reasonable choice.  Just don't make mistakes in
DNS (smile).  Or if you do, find them before the first time you look for
the site.
