Hmmm, I personally think that has some merit.  We pay "support" contracts on 
just about all the other equipment we own (cisco, nortel, patton, multitech, 
etc) so why not something (software support) for our Cobalt boxes.

Question remains, per site/person or per box or what.  Personally I would pay 
$10.00 per site per month if there are no "phone home"  scripts (those bug 
me).

It doesn't sound like much up front, but I have a shop that sells accounts for 
us and gets a couple of dollars a month commission who is up to just over 
$2000.00 per month now - so it can add up...  As with any tool, the "value" 
comes down to quality and reliability.
