Dan,
I was simply trying to offer a venue for appointing a person in charge. I
thought it would mute the bickering and allow for a fair vote.
A non-profit org doesn't have to be a legal entity for something as small as
this. Our youth group has bake sales to pay for balls and bats. They still
elect a leader.
This list wouldn't cost more than $100 a year to run. Bill already offered
to donate that. I don't think the government is going to care if we have a
vote for a list admin and pool $100 to pay for hosting.
I'm not as generous as Bill but I'll donate $5 for this year.
