Probably because there's no answer as yet. There was one, in the form
of a patch in Duncan Laurie's personal ftp space at Cobalt, but it's

I'm presuming you've got a RaQ3, as this is the system affected by the
bug.

All the answers are in the archives to this list. Changes made by hand
will probably NOT be compatible with Cobalt's fix, so I don't recommend
them. But you can find all the answers here, in the archives, and make
the changes.
Last week at Internet World 2000 I got the impression that the next
update to the operating system for the RaQ3 would be released real soon
now. I hope so <wry grin>.
